The University of Hawaii at Manoa is celebrating its centennial of the legislation signed in 1907 to create the College of Hawaii, and the centennial of class instruction which began in 1908. In 2012, we honor the centennial of the completion of the first building, Hawaii Hall, on the Manoa campus and the centennial of the first graduation.
