| Gorbunova Mar'ia Mikhailovna. Born 1863 in the Cossack village of Chelbucheva of Zabaikalsk oblast. She left her husband, and with her children went to Manchuia and lived in the CER station of Khailar. In 1909 she came to Hawaii on the ship Mongolia. Daughter Tat'iana married with a Puerto Rican and stayed in Honolulu. The 16 yr. old son Ivan Alekseevich worked as a binder for the local newspaper. On March 2,1918 Mari'ia and Ivan moved to San Francisco. |
