Chibisov Mikhail Ivanovich. Born Nov. 3, 1879. He was a professional revolutionary. From 1896 he was a member of the terrorist organization of the SR Party. He took part in the military uprising in Ekaterinoslav, he was at the barricades in the Briansk square. He was arrested Jan. 19, 1906. He stayed in the prison hospital where he escaped to the Russian Far East. From 1907 to 1910 with the surname Kiselev Fedor Grigor'evich he lived in Vladivostok, Khabarovsk and Harbin. He continued his political work by organizing illegal meetings and cells within the SR Party. The Harbin police were suspicious of him. From his contact in the police, who was an agent in the SR, he knew about his future arrest. He was able to escape. In 1910 on the ship Mongolia he came to Hawaii. He worked on plantations on Maui and the Big Island. In Honolulu as a window-washer and painter. He tried to work as a contractor, but went bankrupt. He had tuberculosis and went to the hospital. After he learned about the Oct. revolution he wanted to return to Russia, but Oct. 31/Nov. 13 (Honolulu), 1917 he died in Leahi Home.
