| Bogdanov, Stephan Sergeevich was born Dec. 17, 1874 in Chausy in Mogilevskaia district. He served in the mayor's office in Khabarovsk. In Harbin as a weigher for the CER, and in the offices of the newspaper Novyi Krai. In 1910 on the ship Mongolia with his family (wife Praskov'ia Efremovna, b. 1874; four children) came to Hawaii. Worked on sugar plantation on Kauai, and after that moved to Honolulu where were born two daughters. The 17 yr. old son returned to Harbin and worked in an electrical station. |
