| Drugov Andrei Egorovich. Born Aug. 19, 1874 in the village of Berkutovo Perm guberniia. Worked in metal workshop for miners in Chzhailanar. In 1910 on the ship Tanyo Maru he came with this family to Hawaii. After he worked on a plantation on the Big Island, he worked on the breakwater construction in Hilo. Then he moved to Honolulu where he worked as a longshoreman in the port. Due to his constant drunkenness, his wife T. A. Drozdova left him. Consul Trautshold made the notes: "drinks; and on his request for leaving Drugov wrote: "I don't want to use peasants money." [i.e., workers in the revolution.] |
