UH Manoa Wireless Network

What is Wireless access?

Wireless access allows you to connect your laptop computer to a network using radio waves instead of a cable. This means, for example, that you can surf the Web or do your email while sitting under the trees on the Mall in front of Hamilton Library.

Where does Wireless access work?

Initially, wireless access will be installed on the Manoa campus on McCarthy Mall from the front of Paradise Palms to the Art Building and then to Kuykendall Hall and the front of Campus Center. See map [http://www.hawaii.edu/wireless/wireless.gif]
